- When hired to sell a client’s home, I will make recommendations that will reflect the home’s value or help reduce its marketing time, even if it means telling them things that they don’t want to hear.
- Truth and forthrightness take precedence over sales. I will gladly allow the competition to fill the needs of a client whose objectives are in conflict.
- I will not lose sight of the fact that my integrity, loyalty, understanding, accountability, and creativity are what my clients deserve and have brought me recognition as a top agent in the real estate industry.
